This is a culminating article highlighting the importance of supporting Board Culture, in alignment with the Board Culture Playbook (created in collaboration with the California Partners Project).
In collaboration with a Stanford Colleague, we wrote about how Queer Theory shows up in Academic settings.
In collaboration with Lori Nishiura Mackenzie, Sarah Soule, and Maggie Neale, we published an article in Inc. Magazine about outsourcing efforts and surveying your colleagues to learn more based on a diversity of lived experiences and backgrounds.
This is my doctoral dissertation for the University of San Francisco, which I successfully defended in December of 2019.

Hired as an independent contractor with the Stanford VMware Women's Leadership Innovation Lab, we worked in partnership with the California Partners Project to produce an free online playbook to help Corporate Boards build inclusive board cultures.
Partnering with two tenured Stanford Faculty, we put together an introductory online learning resource for those beginning their learning journey into Anti-Racism and Allyship.
In collaboration with Stanford Graduate School of Business Staff on the DEI Council, we put together a workbook for those who want to begin learning about Juneteenth; it's historical significance as well as celebratory events.
Pulling from the knowledge of Stanford Graduate School of Business colleagues, we put together a month of learning to support those interested in diving into the history and current events around the AAPI community.
