Hi, my name is Hannah Yanow, and I use she/her or they/them pronouns. I have worked in higher education since 2013. I identify as Queer and Non-Binary and I am interested in critical questioning, what it actually means to belong in certain places, flipping learning spaces, and supporting others in navigating and resisting mainstream culture in order to grow and thrive. Historical context of the Queer community has everything to do with the current climate around LGBTQ+ identities in the US.

I am currently a Visiting Assistant Professor of Psychology with Menlo College, I am the Program Director for the BA Psychology Degree Completion Program and Chair of Faculty Assembly at Notre Dame de Namur University, and serve as an Inclusion & Belonging Consultant with the Stanford VMware Women's Leadership Innovation and Leadership Lab.
